OT Security Architect (6-Months Contract)

As a Cyber Security professional, you will work closely with production, engineering, and business teams to strengthen security controls, manage risks, and ensure secure operations across both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

• Support security standardization, simplification, and best practice adoption across IT and OT environments, with a strong focus on Crafting and Supply.

• Work with stakeholders to define appropriate security controls that balance business, technology, production, and security needs.

• Contribute to security patterns, tools, and processes that support Pandora’s Smart Factory vision and wider security resilience agenda.

• Coordinate and follow up on security initiatives that improve maturity levels aligned with ISO 27001 and IEC 62443.

• Advise and collaborate with IT, engineering, production, facilities, and operations teams to implement practical security controls protecting Pandora’s production facilities and broader technology environment.

• Build trusted working relationships across Global Security and Crafting and Supply, escalating complex architecture or risk decisions when needed.

• Support security reviews and risk assessments of new and ongoing IT and OT projects, helping project teams and vendors meet Pandora’s security requirements and standards.

We love that you are…

• 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security, OT Security, Security Operations, or related fields with

• Knowledgeable in cybersecurity controls, security operations, risk management, and security frameworks.

• Familiar with manufacturing, industrial, OT, ICS, or SCADA environments, or highly motivated to develop expertise in OT Security.

• A strong communicator who can build trust and effectively influence stakeholders across technical and business functions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment.

• Proactive, collaborative, and capable of coordinating work across multiple teams.
