Summary
OT Security Engineer (hired via Erin Associates) for a multinational manufacturer with 25+ global sites, based across sites in Lincolnshire with hybrid working. The role leads design, implementation, and governance of OT network security, acting as subject matter expert across SCADA, PLCs, ICS networks, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs. Salary £55,000 plus car allowance.

Requirements:- Expertise in Operational Technology security and industrial networks
- Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial businesses
- Knowledge of SCADA systems, PLCs, ICS networks, and industrial protocols
- Experience with network risk assessments
- Understanding of network technologies, including VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, routing, and switching
- Desirable: experience with cloud security, enterprise infrastructure, or project management
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of our OT networks and security across multiple sites
- Secure and modernise network environments
- Ensure the availability and resilience of business systems
- Act as the subject matter expert for OT networks and security

We are recruiting an OT Security Engineer for a global organisation with more than 25 sites worldwide and several thousand employees. The role works alongside the Global Head of IT Operations and supports a multi-national manufacturer. It is based across our clients sites in Lincolnshire, with hybrid arrangements available to suit your location. The salary is £55,000 plus a car allowance.
