OT Security Engineer - Vulnerability Management

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced OT Service Security professional to strengthen the security of Operational Technology environments and ensure the protection of critical industrial systems, assets, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain security controls across OT/ICS environments.

- Monitor and assess OT infrastructure, industrial networks, PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and related systems.

- Conduct OT security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis.

- Develop and implement OT security policies, standards, procedures, and controls.

- Identify security gaps and recommend remediation measures across OT environments.

- Work closely with IT, engineering, infrastructure, and plant operations teams to address security risks.

- Support OT incident response, investigation, containment, and recovery activities.

- Implement network segmentation, secure remote access, access controls, and monitoring mechanisms for OT environments.

- Ensure compliance with relevant OT/ICS security standards and industry best practices.

- Participate in security architecture reviews for OT systems and new industrial technology deployments.

- Support security audits and maintain appropriate documentation, risk registers, and security reports.

- Stay updated on emerging OT threats, vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security technologies.

Required Skills :

- 9 - 12 years of experience in OT Security, ICS Security, Industrial Cybersecurity, or related areas.

- Strong understanding of SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI, industrial control systems, and OT networks.

- Hands-on knowledge of OT network security, segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access.

- Experience with OT vulnerability management and security monitoring.

- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001.

- Knowledge of common OT/ICS threats, attack vectors, and incident response practices.

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking, Windows/Linux environments, and security principles.

- Experience working with cross-functional engineering and security teams.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
