OT System Administrator
About the role
The OT System Administrator role involves administrating and maintaining AO Production IT systems in compliance with central IT/OT and corporate IT/OT standards. You will work together with the corporate BAS & OT Application Management as well as the local IT coordinator to perform general AO Production IT operational support.
Key responsibilities
Administrate and maintain AO Production IT systems compliance with central IT/OT and corporate IT/OT standards
Handle users' service requests, such as user account creation, equipment/workplace creations, measurement parameters registration
Establish/setup machine data collection and troubleshooting
Support AO productions' service and incident support requests using IT service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
Derive sustainable measures from incidents through transfer to problem management
Work closely with central and internal teams as well as IT/OT service providers
Create Knowledge Base Articles with sufficient details as guideline/SPO for Service Request and ensure they are valid and up to date
Ensure all service/incident support meet Service Level Agreements
Provide service in fast, reliable, and accurate manner
Ensure implementation of the IT/OT Security Guideline within the plant
About you
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Technology and/or Engineering
3-5 years of experience in Production IT relevant fields, developing and conducting IT services and complex operational services
Experience in handling internal and external IT/OT service providers
Excellent command of the English language, interpersonal and social skills, project management skills
OT system administration knowledge (LINUX, REST, SQL, docker, OPCUA)
Experience in Service request handling and enthusiasm in continuous service/process improvements
Experience in Node-RED, develop reports/dashboard (Power BI, Grafana, SQL) gives added advantage
Ability in coordinating given topics/short team assignment
Ability to understand business needs and develop reports/dashboard (Power BI, Grafana, SQL)
