OTC Billing and Reporting Analyst

YOUR ROLE

• Manage accounting activities in line with company policies and procedures;
• Issue and process sales invoices, corrections, and related documentation;
• Record financial transactions, including invoices, provisions, and write-offs;
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper document flow;
• Reconcile accounts and monitor ledger balances;
• Process financial data accurately and on time;
• Handle intra-Community (EU) transactions and sales settlements;
• Verify invoice data and support invoice distribution to customers;
• Prepare reports, analyses, and sales receivables summaries;
• Manage order releases and credit limit updates;
• Collaborate with auditors and internal finance teams;
• Provide excellent customer service and proactively resolve issues;
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support their implementation;
• Share knowledge, support team members, and assist with onboarding;
• Update, review, and create accounting procedures and documentation;
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team;
• Ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related;

• Experience in accounting environment, with experience in handling Accounts Receivable – for at least 2 years;

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, AR activities and OTC process;

• Very good command of English (written and oral), other languages would be an asset;

• Experience of computer application, in particular Excel to an intermediate level;

• SAP familiarity;

• Good written and oral communication skills;

• Fast and accurate data input skills;

• Flexibility at work and ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities;

• Ability to recognize issues, attempt resolution and escalate problems if unable to resolve;

• Team work;

• Ability to adapt to changing environment;

• Creativity and innovation.
