YOUR ROLE

  • Execute accounting processes for the assigned unit in line with Versigent procedures;
  • Issue sales invoices and credit notes; analyze and report invoicing issues;
  • Enter and process data in SAP;
  • Perform daily accounting and financial operations per company policy;
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document flow;
  • Reconcile ledger balances and support month-end closing;
  • Validate and manage printing/dispatch of sales invoices;
  • Resolve blocked invoices and release them for posting;
  • Communicate with Versigent production units;
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with team members;
  • Deliver professional customer service and meet expectations proactively;
  • Support problem-solving and suggest process improvements;
  • Escalate issues beyond authority to the supervisor in a timely manner;
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor;
  • Follow EOS documentation and compliance standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; paying attention to detail;
  • English written and oral skills, other languages would be additional asset;
  • Strong Excel skills;
  • SAP knowledge preffered;
  • Experience in working in a multinational company, preferably in Shared Service of BPO company preferred.
