Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with ENT disorders using both medical and surgical techniques.
- Perform necessary surgical procedures such as septoplasty, tonsillectomy, sinus surgery, and others.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and comply with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Continue professional development by staying current with advancements in otolaryngology.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completed residency in otolaryngology.
- Board certification or eligibility in otolaryngology.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Proven experience in clinical and surgical otolaryngology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
