OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Food Driver | Paid Hotel Training & Sign-On Bonus

Training that’s paid for from the first mile. This dedicated over the road Class A CDL position in Columbus, OH delivers fresh and frozen foods in reefer trailers to grocery distributors nationwide, with most routes in the Midwest, Southeast and Northeast. Travel and hotels are covered during training, pay is activity-based, and there’s a limited-time $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Pay & Bonuses

Schedule & Home Time

• 6 consecutive work days with a 34-hour reset each week.
• Start times between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Average 11–13 hour workdays.
• Home reset 1–2 times per month.
• Truck can be taken home during time off with management approval.

Routes & Freight

• Fresh and frozen food deliveries in reefer trailers across 28 states.
• Routes focused on the Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast.
• Mix of single-stop and multi-stop loads.
• Preloaded trailers; receiver unloads.
• Backhauls required.
• Travel and hotel provided during training.

Equipment

• Automatic International sleeper trucks.
• Pets allowed with authorization.
• Passengers allowed with authorization.
• Drivers must bring their own fridge.

Endorsement Requirement

• No additional endorsements required.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• No SAP drivers.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Willing to chain up when weather requires.
• Comfortable driving mountain passes.
• Willing to deliver to any state needed.
