COMPETITIVE PAY
Base pay: .65-.70 cpm for new drivers. Where you are on that scale depends on experience.
Weekly mileage target: 2,500
.02 cpm safety bonus paid quarterly
$2,000 sign-on bonus ($500 paid four times during first year)
Annual retention bonus
50% 401k match up to 3% of gross wages
