1. Manage daily activities in Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics and Purchase
Optimize procedure, organization and SOP.
2. Provide safe and suitable environment for people, products and equipment
Monitor and report monthly indicators (QOH, Inventory level, Service, Call center).
3. Cooperate with other departments and customers for overall improvement
Enhance human resource management and provide training.
4. Control department expenses within budget and keep overall cost effective and efficient.
5. Implementation of 5S and EHS to be compliance.
6. Follow instruction from direct report.
