Our financial services client is seeking a Software Developer to implement and enhance Salesforce CRM workflows using Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines

Join a project focused on digitizing and automating fraud workflows within a banking environment. This role supports the implementation of a Salesforce application replacing legacy manual processes with centralized and auditable workflows for approximately 2,000 internal users. The position includes Salesforce configuration, integration development, API development, and expansion of enterprise CRM capabilities. The project will standardize dispute resolution processes and decommission legacy forms and portals.

Contract, Hybrid Edmonton or Calgary

Must Haves

  • 7+ years in software development
  • 5+ years with Salesforce configuration and development including Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Workflows, and APIs
  • CI/CD pipelines and source control using GitLab or Github

Nice to Have

  • Automated testing environments and test automation frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Design applications supporting client management workflows
  • Develop Salesforce CRM functionality and integrations
  • Configure Salesforce components including OmniScripts, Flows, FlexCards, and custom objects
  • Create and expand integrations for account, card, and transaction data
  • Maintain and improve applications across the software development lifecycle
  • Support the migration from legacy forms, spreadsheets, and email-based processes
  • Collaborate with team members across multiple disciplines
