Out-of-Court Settlement Attorney - Thessaloniki

Sioufas & Associates Law Firm is seeking an Out-of-Court Settlement Attorney to join its team in Thessaloniki.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing out-of-court settlement cases, assessing their legal and financial aspects, and communicating with debtors and their legal representatives. The role includes handling debtors’ requests and complaints in a legally sound, consistent and service-oriented manner, as well as participating in negotiations aimed at reaching sustainable arrangements or settlement agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal assessment and management of out-of-court settlement cases.
• Investigation of requests and complaints and preparation of clear, legally substantiated responses.
• Communication with debtors, their legal representatives and other involved parties.
• Professional handling of complex cases, with a focus on effective resolution and high-quality service.
• Participation in negotiations and drafting of repayment arrangements and settlement agreements.

Requirements

• Law degree and licence to practise law.
• At least two years of professional legal experience.
• Strong legal analysis and legal drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Previous experience in alternative dispute resolution, debt recovery, or the handling of complex requests and complaints will be considered an asset.
