We’re expanding our Grand Prairie team and looking for a motivated, knowledgeable Outboard Sales & Repower Specialist who shares our passion for performance, customer service, and the marine lifestyle.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with customers to determine the right outboard or repower solution for their boat.
- Sell and manage complete repower projects — from estimate to installation coordination.
- Use your expertise in Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and other major outboard brands to guide customers confidently.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust, service, and results.
- Manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups in our CRM system to ensure timely responses and organized sales activity.
- Collaborate with our Service Department to ensure smooth installation timelines and professional project delivery.
- Stay current on new outboard technologies, promotions, and competitive trends.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
