About the role
An international sales team in Lisbon is looking for confident communicators to introduce insurance and health protection solutions to potential customers. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will make outgoing calls, understand customer needs and explain the available plans in a clear and professional way. This opportunity is suited to people who enjoy sales conversations and building rapport over the phone.
Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Introduce insurance and health protection plans.
Understand customer needs and respond to questions.
Explain relevant product information and support the sales process.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication and active listening.
Confidence speaking with customers by phone.
Interest in sales and customer relationship building.
Ability to work towards sales objectives.
A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required.
