The role

We're hiring outbound sales reps to bring RoadMatch to RV dealerships across the United States. You'll call, message or email dealerships, get the owner or sales manager onto a no-commitment 14-day free trial, and close the deal. Every deal is yours start to finish.

Compensation

• Commission-only. No base salary. The salary range shown is estimated on-target earnings, not guaranteed pay. • 20% of every deal you close, about $1,000 per closed dealership • No cap on earnings • 1099 independent contractor

What you'll do

• Prospect RV dealerships by phone, email and social channels • Book a short demo or skip demo and simply help decision maker onto a free-trial setup • Follow up through the trial and close the subscription • Track your pipeline and report weekly on outreach, trials and closes

What we're looking for

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day • Any sales background welcome. We train you on the product. • Clear, friendly communicator who can explain a simple tool to a busy dealer • Self-directed and reliable working from home • Located in the United States with a reliable phone, laptop and internet connection
