Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join a growing internet services company expanding into new markets across the United States. This role focuses on acquiring new small and medium-sized business customers through proactive outbound sales efforts.

The ideal candidate is a confident sales professional who is comfortable with cold calling, identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, and closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold and warm calls to prospective small and medium-sized business customers.
• Promote fiber internet services and highlight the benefits of migrating from traditional cable or DSL providers.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Conduct discovery and needs-based conversations to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Apply top-down sales techniques to effectively communicate value and drive purchasing decisions.
• Overcome objections and confidently address customer concerns throughout the sales process.
• Build rapport with prospects and establish strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, internet services, B2B, or a similar industry.
• Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Experience working with both cold and warm leads.
• Intermediate understanding of discovery, needs-based selling, and top-down sales processes.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of prospects while maintaining quality conversations and follow-up.

Compensation

• $1,000 monthly base salary
• Unlimited commission potential
