About the role

Verisure, a leading company in the alarm and security sector, is selecting Teleoperators with experience in customer service and sales for its workplace located in Fuencarral - El Pardo, working on-site during the afternoon shift. The tasks to be performed will be the following:

What you'll do

- Making and receiving calls.

- Selling products in the alarm sector.

- Administrative tasks related to the position.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Education & certifications

Completed secondary education.

Languages

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commercial Call Center Operator.
• 5 days of training from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• We are looking for a proactive, agile, and organized person.
• Proficient use of computer applications.
• Knowledge of computer systems and databases.
• Residence near the workplace is valued.
