Outdoor Sales/ Business Development

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales/ Business Development Executive to grow our business software and renovation industry platform in Singapore.

This is a field-based sales role. You will actively visit SMEs and renovation companies, meet business owners and decision-makers, introduce our solutions, and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor sales visits and cold visits to prospective customers

• Identify and approach business owners and key decision-makers

• Introduce and sell our ERP / business management software

• Invite renovation and interior design companies to join our industry platform

• Follow up prospects through WhatsApp, phone calls and face-to-face meetings

• Arrange product demonstrations and sales meetings

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline

• Plan daily sales routes, appointments and follow-up activities

• Maintain good relationships with prospects and customers

• Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs
  

Requirements

• Comfortable with outdoor sales, prospecting and cold visits

• Proactive, resilient and results-oriented

• Strong desire to achieve and earn more through sales performance

• Confident in approaching and communicating with business owners

• Able to think on your feet and adapt your sales approach to different customers

• Organised and able to plan your own daily sales activities

• Persistent and disciplined in following up prospects

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Previous outdoor sales or B2B sales experience is an advantage

• Experience selling to SMEs or in SaaS, software, renovation, construction, building materials, telco, payment solutions or related industries is an advantage
