Outdoor Sales Executive – Building Materials & Architectural Hardware

Looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive – Building Materials & Architectural Hardware to develop new business across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

This is a field-sales role. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting hardware shops, building-material traders, contractors, project sites, and other potential customers to generate new business and grow existing accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Visit prospective and existing customers across the UAE
• Generate new business through cold visits, market visits, and direct prospecting
• Promote architectural hardware and related building-material products
• Build relationships with hardware shops, traders, contractors, and project customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, and orders
• Follow up on deliveries and customer payments
• Maintain regular contact with customers to encourage repeat business
• Identify new market opportunities and competitor activity
• Work towards monthly sales targets
• Provide regular market and sales updates to management

Skills

• Previous UAE outdoor / field-sales experience preferred
• Experience in building materials, architectural hardware, sanitary ware, aluminium, hardware trading, construction products, or related sectors is highly preferred
• Strong ability to generate new customers through cold visits and direct market prospecting
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Comfortable spending most of the working day outside visiting customers
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Good follow-up skills for quotations, orders, and payments
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
• Candidates currently based in the UAE preferred
• English required; Hindi/Urdu preferred
• Arabic speaking ability is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
