Our client is a fast-growing and innovative F&B Group that has numerous locations around Hong Kong looking for more talents to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the group head chef to manage and supervise the daily activities of the outlet kitchen crew
- Maintain food quality and presentation to ensure consistency of the finest culinary quality
- Ensure that food is produced in compliance with food hygiene and safety requirements.
- Train and develop the team to improve their culinary skills.
Requirement:
Minimum of 5 years experiences as Head Chef Role
Effective cost control and menu execution
- Comprehensive knowledge from ingredients, equipment, suppliers and market trends
- Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and Public Holidays
To be stationed on or off site
Assist on ad-hoc job duties as required
