Job Description:

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and professional Hosts/Hostesses to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Assist with guest check-in and registration

• Provide information about the event, venue, or services

• Guide guests to the appropriate areas

• Handle basic guest inquiries and support requests

• Ensure smooth flow and organization during events

• Maintain a positive and approachable attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is an advantage
