Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain professional customer service standards.

• Attend to customer's enquiries and feedback.

• Manage point-of-sale processes.

• Ensure excellent customer shopping experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (as need to serve Mandarin speaking clients).

• Strictly follow company's grooming requirements at all times.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Enjoy interacting with customer in a retail environment.
  

• Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for a Senior Sales role.
