Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer feedback or issues
• Manage opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily reconciliation
• Monitor food preparation and ensure products meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Conduct stock ordering, stock taking, inventory control, and replenishment
• Ensure proper FIFO practices and minimize stock wastage
• Train, coach, and guide new team members
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
