Outlet Manager - Fairmont Agra
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in accordance with Fairmont standards
- Manage and supervise outlet staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage procurement to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction by implementing and enforcing outlet standards and procedures
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure positive experiences
- Prepare and manage outlet budgets, monitor financial performance, and submit regular reports to senior management
- Coordinate effectively with other hotel departments including housekeeping, front office, and culinary teams
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive revenue and increase outlet visibility
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to maintain high service standards
- Ensure the outlet environment is clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically aligned with Fairmont brand standards
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee ordering and delivery of supplies and products
- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to operations, staffing, and financial transactions
- Represent the outlet and hotel in a professional manner, embodying Fairmont values and hospitality excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6-7 years of progressive experience in outlet management, food and beverage operations, or hospitality management
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L statements and achieving financial targets
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Exceptional customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to resolve guest concerns professionally
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience in Indian hospitality market or managing culturally diverse teams
- Demonstrated success in revenue management and cost optimization initiatives
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and vendor relationship management
- Experience developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns
