OUTLET MANAGER

Job Summary

KS Bakers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Outlet Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop outlet staff.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and control wastage.
• Manage cash, billing, and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, maintenance, and visual standards.
• Coordinate with support departments for seamless operations.
• Monitor labour costs, food costs, and other operating expenses.
• Implement promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Any Graduate
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred

Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in Bakery, QSR, Café, Restaurant, or Retail Food Industry.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in handling high-volume food retail operations is preferred.
