• Ensure smooth daily outlet operations, including manpower planning, cleanliness, and overall efficiency.
• Welcome and seat guests, providing menus in a friendly manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas and workstations.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Conduct basic inventory checks and replenish stock as required.
