About Mountain Creek:
Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.
How the Outlet Server works with the Team:
Assist guests with food and beverage selections. Perform credit card transactions to finalize the sale of purchases.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in an enthusiastic, professional & timely manner while serving the guests drink and food selections that are consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures, & Health Dept. Laws.
- Consistently set up, maintain, and break down workstations
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated work station
- Perform quick and accurate credit card transactions with our guests
- Complete daily opening and closing checklists
- Preform end of shift cleaning to standards as directed by management
