Outlet Supervisor

We are an established Indonesian bakery brand expanding its operations in Malaysia.

Role Summary

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring smooth outlet operations, excellent customer service, proper stock management and product presentation. The role requires a hands-on individual who can supervise outlet staff while actively supporting daily sales, order fulfilment and general outlet activities.

Job Responsibilities

-Oversee the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.

-Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of outlet staff, ensuring proper work allocation and attendance.

-Ensure cakes and bakery products are properly displayed, labelled, stored and maintained in good condition.

-Monitor stock levels, manage inventory and coordinate replenishment of products and packaging materials.

-Handle customer enquiries, orders, payments and complaints professionally.

-Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.

-Monitor daily sales, cash handling and basic outlet reporting.

-Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.

-Identify operational issues and provide suggestions to improve outlet efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, F&B, bakery or café operations.

-Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role will be an advantage.

-Good communication and customer service skills.

-Responsible, organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Hands-on attitude and willing to assist with daily outlet operations when required.

-Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

-Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, based on outlet schedule.
