Key Responsibilities:

• Operate POS system, handle payments, and prepare eggs/beverages/toasts per SOP
• Prepare food and desserts according to SOP, ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety
• Greet and serve customers, handle feedback positively, and maintain cleanliness
• Manage inventory, and assist in all outlet duties
• Support team members and perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Supervise staff, manage outlet operations, stock, and scheduling

Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 1 year experience working in related industry/field
• Willing to handle hot food/equipment and rotate across all stations
• Team player with a positive attitude and good customer service mindset
• Able to work 6 Days work week
