About the Role
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily operations of assigned outpatient clinics, including rural health clinics, provider practices, and specialty services.
- Support clinic staff, providers, and patients by promoting efficient workflows, timely access to care, and a positive experience.
- Help create a culture of teamwork, accountability, kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support clinic supervisors, clinical staff, and support staff.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and provider templates to improve access and efficiency.
- Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leadership, Revenue Cycle, Quality, Infection Prevention, Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
- Monitor clinic performance, patient satisfaction, no-show rates, referral processing, charge capture, and productivity metrics.
- Support regulatory compliance, survey readiness, staff education, policy adherence, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and engage staff while helping build a workplace where people feel valued and supported.
