Schedule: Full-time | 36 patient contact hours/week

CME: $4,250 annually + 5 days dedicated CME time outside of PT

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Elevate Patient-Centered Outcomes: Drive clinical excellence by leading a dedicated panel of 18–21 patients per day, utilizing evidence-based clinical decision-making to optimize health outcomes and maximize long-term patient satisfaction.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
