Your Role as an Outpatient Therapist:
Under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you will provide high-quality, client-centered therapeutic services to children and families in individual, family, and group settings. You’ll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team that shares a passion for long-term healing and empowerment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a full caseload providing outpatient therapy using a family systems approach
- Complete psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, diagnoses (DSM/ICD), and progress notes within our Electronic Health Record
- Partner with clients and families to set goals, track progress, and engage them in their care
- Meet team productivity, billing, and documentation standards
- Stay in compliance with Medicaid, contract, and agency guidelines
- Work collaboratively with peers, supervisors, and community stakeholders
- Contribute to a culture of empathy, professionalism, and shared purpose
