Outpatient Therapy Referral Liaison
Job Purpose:

To efficiently process incoming referrals and other documents, create patient charts and cases, and maintain patients’ charts to allow for more timely patient scheduling and communication. While the Outpatient Referral Liaison will be assigned to a primary job position, they will be cross trained in other positions to help balance workload and to provide fill-in for co-workers as needed. |

Qualifications:
|
Education: |
High school graduate or GED with specialized training. Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English required. |

Experience: |
Previous or directly related experience with managing patient referrals or scheduling is preferred. |
