Outreach and marketing executive
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing outreach activities such as school talks, facility tours, roadshows and community events.
- Support e-waste recycling awareness activities and community engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with schools, Town Councils, corporate organisations and community partners as required.
- Assist with the coordination and management of outreach activities, campaigns and events.
- Support the volunteer programme, including volunteer coordination, communication and engagement.
- Assist in preparing outreach materials, EDMs, collaterals and digital content together with the Marketing team.
- Support key campaigns and events, including the annual International E-Waste Day event.
- Assist with basic SEO activities such as keyword research, content updates and performance monitoring.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Students, fresh graduates and candidates with relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.
- Able to commit to a 2-month contract.
