MMDC Alchemy is looking for a confident, warm, and results-driven outreach specialist to build genuine relationships and generate qualified discovery calls.

Responsibilities:
√ Complete 60–100 personalized outreach activities per day
√ Send customized messages, comments, connection requests, and follow-ups
√ Schedule qualified appointments
√ Track outreach and results

Goal: 5 qualified appointments per week during Months 1–3, increasing to 8 per week.

Benefits:
√ Compensation includes base pay plus bonuses for attended appointments and new clients.
