Provides homelessness prevention services for Veterans by conducting outreach, raising program awareness, and performing full eligibility screenings. Works on-site in Austin, TX as part of a nonprofit organization serving the veteran community.
JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure delivery of services to aid in the prevention of homelessness by promoting and developing awareness of the program and conducting full eligibility screenings of Veterans.
