This is a hands-on, leadership-in-action role where you’ll help drive the guest experience while keeping our retail operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
What You’ll DoLead the Floor

• Serve as a trusted keyholder—opening and closing the store with confidence and accountability
• Step into a leadership role during shifts, supporting team members and elevating the guest experience
• Deliver exceptional, engaging service that reflects the Outside Brands culture

Own the Back of House

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain organized, clean, and high-functioning stockrooms
• Ensure products are properly ticketed, tagged, and ready for the sales floor

Drive the Experience

• Assist with merchandising and floor replenishment to keep the store fresh, full, and inviting
• Support Lightspeed POS transactions and ensure smooth checkout experiences
• Help connect guests to products that enhance their time outdoors
