Outside Golf Operations Team Member

The Outside Operations Employee is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and guests by supporting the day-to-day golf operations. This role ensures a seamless golf experience by maintaining practice facilities, assisting with golf cart operations, and providing professional, courteous service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with golf bags and equipment
- Prepare, stage, clean, and store golf carts to club standards
- Maintain the practice facilities, including driving range, putting greens, and short game areas (e.g., picking range balls, replenishing tees, and ensuring cleanliness)
- Manage the bag drop area and organize member bags in the storage room
- Provide accurate information regarding club services, course conditions, and daily play
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of golf tournaments and events
- Ensure all outside service areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor pace of play and communicate effectively with golf staff when needed
- Enforce club policies in a professional and respectful manner
