Position: Insurance Sales Representative
Location: Grand Prairie | Mansfield | Duncanville
Schedule: Monday – Friday Base Salary: $35,000 + Commission + Bonuses

💼 What You’ll Do
- Connect with inbound and outbound leads to offer personalized auto, home, and life insurance solutions
- Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, empathy, and exceptional service
- Master quoting and sales systems (training provided—no experience needed!)
- Collaborate with a motivated team focused on personal and professional growth
- Participate in contests, team events, and leadership development opportunities
🚀 What We Offer
- $35,000 Base Salary + uncapped commission
