We’re looking for a driven, solutions-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Power team in the Salt Lake City, UT area.

Essential Functions
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in partnership with your District Sales Manager
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, customer visits, and presentations
- Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships across an assigned territory
- Partner with experienced inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions that solve customer challenges
- Leverage CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline, territory, and sales activity
Experience, Education and Skills
- 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience — Fluid Power sales experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience
- Hands-on knowledge of fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer and technology skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use CRM systems and related applications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
