About the Role:

The Outside Sales position is a dynamic role focused on driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients across diverse industries throughout the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting products and services effectively, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires frequent travel to client locations, enabling face-to-face interactions that build trust and long-term partnerships. The Outside Sales professional will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence and achieving sustainable business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling technical products or services in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to tailor sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
  • Additional certifications in sales or customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets within designated territories.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to address client requirements and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management to inform strategic decision-making.
