Outside Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

Abilene Machine is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell new, used, and remanufactured parts and equipment throughout an assigned territory of Iowa or Pennsylvania.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business, solving problems, and working independently while being part of a strong sales team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Identify new customers, leads, and sales opportunities.

• Promote new, used, and remanufactured parts and equipment.

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns.

• Stay knowledgeable about products through training, meetings, and seminars.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

• Maintain and care for an assigned company vehicle.

• Work with the sales team to achieve company goals.

• Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
