We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with experience in hydraulic or industrial hose sales, assembly, or repair to join our South Florida team.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a sales plan to capture new business and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct full-cycle prospecting: cold calls, lead qualification, and sales presentations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored hose and fitting solutions.
- Manage a sales territory of customers and prospects, ensuring excellent service and achieving gross profit targets.
- Utilize CRM and other tools to plan, prioritize, and manage your territory efficiently.
Experience, Education and Skills
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years in business development or sales—hose, hydraulic, or construction industry experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong knowledge of hose and fittings products, applications, and industry practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; dynamic presentation ability.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build credibility and professional relationships.
- Collaborative problem solver who can work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the sales territory, some overnight travel may be required.
