We’re looking for a proven closer ready to take ownership of a high-opportunity territory. This is a 100% commission role for self-motivated sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Top reps generate $1.5M–$3M+ annually - earning $150K–$300K+.
What You’ll Do
- Run company-provided leads + generate your own opportunities
- Conduct in-home consultations and close standby generator systems
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Build referral networks and maintain a strong pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in high-ticket sales
- Driven, self-starter mindset
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable in a commission-only structure
Compensation & Schedule
- 100% commission (uncapped)
- $150K–$300K+ realistic earnings
- Field-based role with flexible schedule
- Availability for 1–2 Saturdays/month based on demand
