Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building with fleet managers, trucking companies, and owner-operators.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
- Recommend appropriate tires and maintenance services based on customer needs, vehicle specifications, and usage patterns.
- Develop sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies (e.g., TPMS, retreading, fleet services).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Use CRM tools and reporting systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Prior sales experience in B2B, automotive, tire, or fleet industries preferred.
- Basic understanding of tire types, commercial vehicle maintenance, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime maybe required.
