Title: Outsource Accounting Services (OAS) Manager – Client & Advisory Focus

Classification: Full-Time, Exempt

Reports to: Partner, Outsource Accounting Services (OAS)

Location: Ridgefield, CT

Work Schedule:

This position may be performed on a hybrid or remote basis.

While not required, the ideal schedule would include 1–2 days per week on-site to facilitate collaboration, team engagement, and relationship building. However, employees should expect to work on-site approximately 1-2 days per week to support training, team integration, knowledge transfer during the onboarding/training process.

Following successful onboarding and demonstrated proficiency in role, the position may transition to a fully remote schedule, subject to business needs and manager approval.

Employees must remain available to attend occasional on-site meetings, company events, training sessions, team-building activities, other business-related functions throughout the year, as needed.
