A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Director to join its expanding Outsourcing department. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for managing a significant client portfolio, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality outsourcing services. The position offers a genuine opportunity for progression to Partner level within a forward-thinking, high-performing firm.

About the Outsourcing Department
The Outsourcing team supports businesses in managing their financial and accounting operations more effectively. The team provides tailored, end-to-end solutions designed to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and allow clients to focus on strategic objectives. Core service areas include:

• Accounting and Financial Reporting: Bookkeeping, management accounts, and preparation of financial statements under Irish GAAP and FRS 102.

• Payroll Services: Full-service payroll processing, tax filings, and employee benefit administration.

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support informed decision-making.

• Corporate Secretarial Services: Regulatory compliance, company formation, and maintenance of statutory records.

• Systems Implementation and Support: Implementation and optimisation of accounting systems and technology solutions.

• Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Streamlining finance operations to reduce costs and improve productivity.

• International Outsourcing: Cross-border compliance and outsourcing solutions for multi-jurisdictional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a significant portfolio of key clients, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, contributing to the continued growth of the division.

• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a high-performance, supportive culture.

• Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with firm and professional standards.

• Oversee departmental KPIs and contribute to strategic planning within the broader consulting function.

• Collaborate with Partners and senior leadership to support firm-wide growth initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified ACA / ACCA accountant with significant practice experience at a senior level (Top 10 background preferred).

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex assignments.

• Strong relationship management and business development skills.

• Excellent technical knowledge and commercial acumen.

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with strong report writing and presentation ability.

• Collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
