OutSystems Team Lead

Dear Candidate,

We are seeking an experienced Senior OutSystems Developer to lead the architectural design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade, scalable low-code applications. In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom web and mobile applications using OutSystems 11 and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), driving software delivery best practices, building reusable components, and integrating low-code solutions with complex back-end architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and delivery of enterprise web/mobile applications on OutSystems 11 and ODC using Architecture Canvas principles.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs, and develop custom C#/.NET extensions and client-side JavaScript.
• Conduct code reviews, establish platform guardrails, enforce security standards, and mentor remote developers.
• Design relational data models, optimize complex SQL queries, and implement BPT workflow automation.
• Oversee environment deployments using OutSystems LifeTime and collaborate across remote Agile teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in OutSystems (O11/ODC) development.
• OutSystems Certification is mandatory.
• Experience in OutSystems (Service Studio, Integration Studio, LifeTime), C#/.NET, SQL, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, and security/authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, Active Directory).
