Overall Qa/Qc Coordinator

Degree and experience requirements:

Degree in engineering
15 years total experience
Minimum 10 years turnaround (TA) management experience in the petrochemical sector
Extensive experience in QA/QC for oil and gas plants

Language and additional qualifications:

Fully fluent in English
Well versed in various international standards for oil and gas plants
Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and QA/QC methodologies

Key responsibilities:

1. Take overall responsibility for all QA/QC-related activities.
2. Ensure timely submission and obtain approval for all QA/QC documents from relevant authorities.
3. Coordinate appropriately with planning teams for scheduling activities.
4. Identify, propose, and secure timely approval for repair activities to ensure a seamless workflow.
5. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the approved QA/QC programme and approved QA/QC documents.
6. Ensure all work complies with national engineering practices, standards, and codes.
7. Verify that correct materials are being used; in case of any deviation, secure prior approval from the relevant authority.
8. Liaise with all concerned parties on all QA/QC matters.
9. Act as the single point of contact for all QA/QC issues.
