Position Summary

As an Overnight Direct Support Professional, you will provide overnight support and supervision to individuals in a residential setting. This role primarily involves being present and available during overnight hours while allowing for restful sleep, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and support to residents in a home environment.
• Ensure the safety and security of individuals during overnight hours.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergencies or needs that arise during the night.
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and supportive environment consistent with the organization’s faith-based values.
• Document any incidents, observations, or concerns as required by organizational policies.
• Collaborate with day staff and management to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Ability to remain alert and responsive during overnight hours while resting.
